ABOUT

As a former investigative and consumer journalist, I have more than 20 years of experience helping people solve problems. I now use many of those skills, in combination with my formal education as a licensed marriage and family therapist, to help disconnected and distressed couples and individuals solve their problems. Specifically, I utilize my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to reach the core of conflicts in an attempt to rebuild relationships and restore confidence. Such conflicts may arise from family-related stress, infidelity, divorce, parenting children with disabilities, trauma, toxic work environments, political fatigue and election anxiety. I am focused on creating an inclusive, warm, non-judgmental environment for all my clients.

I have more than 100 hours of training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which allows me to bring substantial emotional and attachment expertise to my therapy sessions. Through the power of EFT, my clients are empowered to tackle the challenges they face. They utilize their own innate abilities to overcome obstacles, deepening their emotional connections and achieving the changes they wish to make.
